4Tip™ Activated Carbon Tip Filters apply dual aerosol blocking and adsorption principles.
One is to use the super hydrophobicity of UHMW-PE to prevent the aerosol from moving inside the filter element and prevent it from entering the pipette, and also prevent impurities in the pipette from contaminating the sample. The second is that high-activity porous activated carbon is anchored on the surface of UHMW-PE material particles. The activated carbon filter can not only adsorb aerosols, but also better adsorb active molecules. The filter is conductive and can be easily designed for liquid level control.
